Nature trails, camping sites, picnic areas and the massive, pre-Civil War era fortress, Fort Pickens, are easily accessible now that Fort Pickens Road has reopened to the public. In addition, ranger-led programs such as snorkeling, stargazing, night walks and candlelight fort tours will be offered to the public throughout the summer.
